Very efficient service! The staff was honest about what repairs were truly needed, and provided the best pricing. The repairs were done well. Would highly recommend!

I am an elderly customer and needed help with my car. Brayan was very kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was needed. It's hard to find such great customer service these days, and I truly appreciated his help. Thank you, Brayan, for making the experience easy and stress-free.

Had an amazing experience with Anthony at Pep Boys! I explained my situation, and he had so much patience listening to me and walking me through everything perfectly. The entire process was incredibly fast, and they took care of my car right away. The customer service here is excellent highly recommend asking for Anthony!

Steve and the rest of the crew are great guys. All very polite and attentive. Set up an appointment to get four tires balanced and installed on my truck and they did an awesome job. Highly recommended! 🤙🏻

Second time coming to this location. I can't say I won't come back brcause the service is fast and reliable. But next time I will agree with price over the counter and on a printed paper. Today someone promised me a price and discount over the phone and when I picked up the car someone else could not honor the pricing. I am not blaming the guy who delivered the car to me or Pep Boys directly, but it was not a good experience.
